Unsure if this pre paid funeral benefits is a SCAM or IF they say what the contract says and they will do? I started by monthly payments then paid in full, BUT THEY CONTINUED deducting THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS. When I called customer service they said they would have to get back with me. Doesn’t their computer show I am paid in full? This is very DISTRESSING!
If i could leave a negative star i would this company is a fraud. The sales people are liars just to make a sale they promise things that are not true. DO NOT PURCHASE! get a reliabe well known life insurance company.
