Chase and Eric were kind enough to squeeze us into there already full schedule. Not only did they squeeze us in they kept us informed of there arrival time. Both Chase and Eric were kind, professional and truly fantastic representatives for their company.
I called at 9:30am that morning and Chase was at my house early afternoon. He called to let me know he was en-route and again when he arrived. The best part of my customer experience was the fact that Chase and his apprentice were very thorough pumping out my septic tank. They pumped it, cleaned it, and offered some great advice on how to keep up the routine maintenance on it. Chase's professionalism was second to none and I will definitely use them again. Call Texas Septic if you want the job done right!
Eric and Luis came out same day I called and helped me figure out what was going on with my system.
All around great service, very professional were able to answer questions that I had 10 out of 10 would recommend them
