Vince (the owner) is a very personable individual that takes the time to communicate with the customer and custom tailors the purchase experience to your needs. VINCE IS GREAT GUY TO HELP YOU OUT. I WAS BRING NINEBOT SCOOTER. HE DOESN'T DO THE SERVICE FOR NINEBOT BUT HE CALLED SEGWAY TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM AND HOW TO GET THE SERVICE.
Very nice and honest people who went above and beyond to help.
