No longer open to the public. Just doing wholesale stuff and specialty I guess. The Reviews and photos tell you that but the summary doesn't.. probably a lot of effort to sell something on the retail level for a place that's mostly specialty products for manufacturers
Since buying out all the local seal suppliers, they shut the doors to walk-in customers and now you, as a customer, are expected to know what you need. Customer service is a thing of the past. Now, anything on the west side of DFW has to go to Dallas to avoid this CF. Poor job of being there.
The ladies who answer the phone are extremely rude and one of them does not deserve a job. I wish I had her name because I would go straight to the owner about her.
