Never found the store
Doug provided excellent assistance over the phone. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Determined that heat pump was not in need of a visit, but gave advice on monitoring for potential issues.
Couldn’t get an answer back on getting service done, I know things are busy.. I was extremely flexible to appointments but nothing.. May have good work but wouldn’t know Multiple attempts

Had issue with A/C compressor not kicking in after having SoftStart installed by other company several hours away. Called these guys and they sent Doug out. He said he’d installed dozens. In the end his diagnosis was a faulty SoftStart unit and charged me $237. I called SoftStart support and he had me get up in the roof and send him a pic of the control board wiring.
