We recently used Texas Roof Support to replace the roof and gutters on our rental property. Our contact person, Kody, was a wonderful communicator through the entire process. He even sent us drone shots of the tear off and roof replacement process when we couldn't be there in person. When issues arose, they were promptly addressed and resolved. We would use this company again in the future.
Atnan was a blessing to work with and made the roof replacement from hail damage very easy. Atnan handled everything from the filing a claim, to working with the insurance company, to final completion; and explained everything along the way as well as keeping me informed. Made the process very easy for the homeowner and was professional every step of the way. The end result is a beautiful roof! I wish all insurance claims/repairs were this easy. I’m speechless. In this day, where businesses try and take advantage of consumers left and right, kody responded to a query I placed in a Frisco Facebook group. He offered to fix the side vents on the side of our home that were damaged in just a few days as we were having mud-daubers invade our home due to the broken vent. He came out, went above and beyond, and was just honest and timely. His work was great. Highly recommend!
Due to your lack of understanding of what no soliciting means i am leaving this warning. If i get another card i will be filing trespassing charges with the local court.
