With high call volume, since before Covid ccured and throughout covid now on going in 2025, we tye people of Texas are owed high staffing to be on schedule to meet the mass legal demand the community members are in need of. I had called about issues with apartment complexes taking people application fees and not being qualified for the apartment.The man i spoke with on the phone said I did not sound disabled and I told him my voice wasnt,and who is he to judge,he got nasty with me,I should of told him know I need a lawyer to sue you for discrimination
