Went for my safe deposit and was treated so bad I wanted to walk away and make review to tell everyone how bad they treat people (with accent) people uneducated how to care and almost rude

Do not ever do a business loan with this institution. We did a loan in 2019, made 5 years worth of payments and started being 1-3 weeks late each month but never missed a payment. They started harassing via email and notices. Explained many times that we just needed some understanding but we would always make payment. After many more harassment emails I responded back with the same aggression about payment history, never being in default per the term of the note. They called the note due and attacked my retirement account. C... read more
