I went to TRB on May 12, 2025 to open a new account. Mr. Broderick Riley greeted me at the door and expertly handled the opening of the account, with Mrs. Julissa Federman standing by to assist. They both were very knowledgeable about the process. But what made them stand out was their patience and kindness shown to me, a senior with many questions. From my experience with Broderick and Julissa, I would rate them exemplary bankers and a true asset to Texas Regional.
Julissa was incredibly helpful and extremely nice. If you are ever in the area and need assistance I highly recommend stopping here!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Complete waste of time and will put a blemish on your credit. Do not go here for your loans. There are much better banks. I was very transparent with Gregg (loan officer) in regards to my situation prior to executing the loan process. He told me the process of how I would be qualified for the loan through the basis of gross monthly income (which is used to calculate DTI across the USA with every lender).
