I would give zero stars if I could. Chris was very nice in the beginning that’s why I hired him to rent out my house. Soon after I realized I made the wrong decision. It was in my lease that Chris and my tenant signed that the tenant needed to call and set up new account with propane company when putting other utilities in their name. This never happened and I had to email and call Chris several times and complain because they were charging propane to my credit card that I was obligated to pay while I called the propane comp... read more
