I was very pleased with the respect and dignity that I received by Dr. Cavey and his fantastic team of professionals. They all made me feel at ease during my treatments at Texas Radiotherapy Center. Thanks again to the Receptionists, Nurses, and Radiation Therapists for your kindness and for taking such good care of me. I would highly recommend Doctor Cavey and his team of ALL STARS.
My experience was 45 treatments, where the staff were super-friendly and professional. I was often taken early for my 10-minute treatment. The only issues I had were external to Texas Radiotherapy, in that we had a 35-minute drive each way through all the construction and traffic on I-30 West of Fort Worth, which sometimes made it tough. But once arriving at the hospital, the procedures were handled with excellence.
The entire 28 treatment with Texas Radiotherapy was not stressful. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They were always on time and could adapt to help everyone’s schedule. The “C” word is stressful enough but the experience with Texas Radiotherapy ‘You forgot why you were there’
I am very pleased and thankful for the care I received from Dr. Cavey and his amazing team. As much as I dreaded the upcoming treatments, the team was always compassionate, caring, kind and friendly, which helped the days pass by quickly. My experience was awesome. I walked thru the door Karen and Allie cheerfully checked me in. On Wednesdays Gyannah took bp and weight and never mentioned I needed to lose some. Also on Wed Dr Cavey checked and made sure I was OK. During treatment Leif explained to me how the machine worked. Nicole was to cool the way she wore her glasses!! Melissa talked with me about boots and had to tell me time to get up it was somebody elses turn and I needed to leave a couple of times cause I was talking to much. With L.
