It had been two years! They have now sent me to collections for a bill I never incurred. I went to medical city for an emergency Jan of 2021! Medical City billed my insurance, Tricare, and got paid. 7 months later, these random people sent me a bill listed as an "office visit."" If there was a way for me to give ZERO stars, I would!!!!! I was sent to collections with ZERO attempts from this company to contact me to give me a bill. I would gladly pay any bill on time and in full if I knew I had a bill with this company. I called CMRE financial (the company that they sent me to collect payment). I very nice representative spoke to me and explained to me that Texas Radiology Associates was "behind in billing" and that they were receiving a lot of calls from upset patients stating that they never receiv... read more
I've never had a collections bill in my life and as you can guess i finally got one... after looking at the reviews i was super worried to what will happen next. To my surprise i guess i got very lucky by speaking with Erika Nancy, Not only was she super helpful but explained everything to me and was able to get it all handled.
