I went for a physical blood work back in March of this year and was told that my insurance will fully cover the physical visit but to my surprise I end up with a huge laboratory bill sent to my address a few weeks later. I have been back and forth with Texas physicians clinic about this bill numerous times and they keep telling me to disregard the bill that it was their mistake on a coding input that caused this bill to be sent to me and that they would take care of this. Love the staff here and I’m always able to be taken as a walk in, the provider Britany Johnson is also very attentive
I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The medical staff was incredibly professional & caring to my needs. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed & well taken care of.
The nurse practitioner did not fully address my child’s concerns during the visit. We left the clinic with my child feeling even more pain than when we arrived. I don’t feel that my child received a proper diagnosis or a thorough evaluation.
