The staff at this clinic are consistently rude and unprofessional toward others. Despite claiming they accept trainers, they do not actually allow any training opportunities. This is disappointing and misleading, especially since medical offices have a responsibility to help train and prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals. Their unwillingness to support future medical workers, combined with the lack of courtesy and professionalism, reflects poorly on the clinic as a whole.
I had a scheduled visit for 8:30 am but wasn’t seen until 10 am, which felt quite late and frustrating. It seems like the clinic may be overbooking appointments. While I appreciated that the medical assistant was okay, I had an unfortunate experience with the nurse practitioner, who seemed quite rude. Additionally, I came specifically for my child to receive shots, but they conducted an unexpected physical examination. Been a client for a very long time and now my children are clients ... Great staff ... Jennifer and the whole crew...
I went for a physical blood work back in March of this year and was told that my insurance will fully cover the physical visit but to my surprise I end up with a huge laboratory bill sent to my address a few weeks later. I have been back and forth with Texas physicians clinic about this bill numerous times and they keep telling me to disregard the bill that it was their mistake on a coding input that caused this bill to be sent to me and that they would take care of this.
