the soil itself was good quality, no complaints there. Plants seem to like it and it looks clean. But the delivery part was real frustrating. I wrote out clear instructions for where the soil needed to go and even asked for a call before drop off—none of that was followed. They dumped it all on the driveway and dipped. No call, no nothing. Now we’ve had to spend days shoveling it ourselves just to get it where it shoulda been in the first place. For the amount of money we paid, I expected better.
