If you’re going in the afternoon it’ll look like you’re competing with the dump trucks, but skip that line, turn in and keep right to follow the road to the compost. Highly recommend contributing to the food scraps program as well.

Their mulch, compost and potting soils are top-notch! If you grow anything in North Texas - flowers, herbs, vegetables - check them out. Your plants will love you! (If you are going West, remember that you will need to a U-turn at the next break and turn right into the facility. The direct left entrance is only for large trucks)

The employees are friendly, as is the product, but oh my gosh is this place difficult to find/get into! Since the company is located behind the Plano recycling center, not only can’t you see ot from the road but the only signage on the road is for trash drop off. Confusing!

I highly recommend Texas Pure Products. All products are certified organic. And the products are very good for your plants and lawns. To have a healthy plants, you need a very good soil.
