Recommended by my Primary Care Doctor, called to set appointment, called 1:45 pm was on hold 10 min first time (hung up), called few days later at 9:00 'ish' a.m. left message, no callback; I called back for third attempt later in the afternoon 2:00 pm and was on hold for 10 mins before I called it.
