Very difficult to get anyone to return calls. Office does not follow through with their commitments.
Horrible experience been trying to get a sleep study scheduled for 2 weeks left several messages no one ever called back even spoke with the manager who insisted she would call me back still have heard nothing. Excuse after excuse. Do not use this company if you have any intentions on getting anything done correctly. I Will make sure my physician doesn't send any referrals to this place
Constantly can't get a human on the phone. Never returns calls. Staff yells and laughs at you. Refuses to care for patients and creates residual by never finding a correct fitting cpap mask. I can't believe people really get a good night sleep...four years I've had it.
It was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The staff was great. I would recommend to others.
