This place deserves zero stars. I have had 2 appointments here and both times the wait for the “Dr” was at least 90 minutes after being called to a room. I say at least because I left the 2nd time after 90 minutes because I had other obligations. 2 other patients left just before me after experiencing similar wait times. When we were able to get the nurses to look up from their phones ( yes all 5 of them at once) they just smirked and shrugged when asked if the “Dr” was even in the building. I have had a good experience with the staff. The only thing is they take FOREVER. I am at the office for 1/2 a day just for one doctor’s appointment, and sometimes it’s even longer than that! Today, I waited an entire hour in the waiting room before I was seen. I am now in a room as I write this review (my appointment was at 1:00 p.m.), and it is now 4:00 p.m., and I need to be gone by 4:30 p.m. to make a 5:00 p.m. appointment. Alot test very good dr busy place .my go too dr I been with for 3 yrs now I have ABESTOS he really keeps I on my lungs ..different staff excellent service i will not drive too Houston .not worth the gas ⛽️ ..
The wait time is RIDICULOUS. When you ask they tell you your next and then a hour later still no Dr. I've never in my life ever seen this. Please Please do something about the 4 to 6 hour wait time in a room with no communication. And the staff is rude.
