No one on the same page. I have called many times and no one will answer. Suppose to had some one call us back by never has called. I call back the next day and had to leave message and still no one calls. They tell us they have sent a job order to have a PET scan and when we can imagining center they tell us they never got the order when we call Texas Pulmonary institute back again no one call
This is the worst place to get any thing done we have called and called even drove back and got on the website nothing gets done it's been 10days still we have no breathing machine ? And no return calls worst place ever
The staff does an amazing job but I called at least 15 times with no answer and even left a message and didn’t get a return call I shouldn’t have to drive 30 or 40 minutes to tell them the pharmacy didn’t receive all of my prescription…
I called to set an appointments for weeks no one answers or returns my phone calls. It seems like they’re over staffed but still takes forever for each process. The wait is outrageous!!!!! Appointment or walk in. I’ve bee n coming to get things done over a four month period having to reschedule continuously. Doctor seems to rush in and out.
