They haven't returned my call from over a week ago. Zero stars. I had to give it a star to even post, but make no mistake, ZERO stars.
Excellent service and had what we needed in stock.
I called on a Monday morning and someone was able to come out that afternoon to help me out. It seems that their normal operating procedure is to take your defective unit back to their shop for repair, but they do leave you a loaner unit so you don't just have a hole in the wall. By Wednesday they were able to return my repaired unit back to me. They are listed on the Amana website as a servicer (the only one in fact) and were able to do my repairs all under warranty.
