Daniel from Texas Proud Pools did an outstanding job. He quickly fixed my pool heater and went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through everything. He gave me a ton of helpful maintenance tips and showed me exactly how to operate the system, which I had no clue about before. Danny and his team have been servicing our pool since we built in 2021. The techs are always on time and through. When I have issues he was able to diagnose through text and over the phone. Saving money on call outs. Solid guy and a veteran.
I have been with Texas Proud Pools for about three years now and I couldn’t be happier. What I value most is the direct contact with the owner. There is a quick turnaround if I ever need any extra services compared to other companies where you can only leave a voice message or talk to a receptionist & it takes so long to finally get someone to come out. Daniel and his team are always available and take care of any issues in a timely manner.
