Currently renting an apartment that has a digital locking door. "Owner" says only he the maintenance man and ONE OTHER PERSON have the code to get in my apartment. Been there since June.. he keeps dancing around changing the code. I've asked numerous times and now that things are going missing.. I'm pissed! On top of the fact that there a lock in the outside gate to access the property which I was not given.
