This place is a 5 stars Great owner dealership works with everyone and to the best needs of the customer Rod is the man ohhh and they have some of the cleanest cars in houston tx !!!
They sold me a messed up car and then stopped answering the phone on top of that I stay out of state “MS” and they purchased My tag which sounded good at the time but now I can’t buy a new one in my current state until they take up the taxes they took from ms and they stopped answering the phone. Do not recommend.
Finally done with Texas prime motors. The initial process was smooth but quickly spiraled into a massive headache and theft. Purchased my tahoe from them Jan 30th and after countless attempts to get the title since I'm out of state and need it to license the car, and countless excuses as to why I don't have them yet. I'm done. I've had to do several repairs to the truck since getting it, I'm a mechanic so it was only parts but easily would have been thousands in repairs. DO NOT BUY HERE! Worst dealership ever! First, I bought a car here a couple months ago and I was fine with the price, but horrible closing. You know, the whole you have to have gap and maintenance package garbage. Second, they give me a broken key with the promise to get me another one. Then the key breaks into two pieces. I call and text and text the salesman about me having a two piece key to start a car I just bought. He assures me it's coming. Thats been two months. I met with Israel. He was prompt and professional. Gave me the opportunity to take a look and made the overall purchase effortless for me. He was able to get me the best price with shipping included in the final cost because I live in Memphis. Edit : not even 8 months later, I’ve put thousands of dollars in to this car and I’m still having to dump more money in to it. I have a lemon and all the issues are deep internal issues from basic maintenance not being done.
