My experience with Texas Prime Auto was A+. I live in the Houston area and saw this gem for sale I talk to Seth on the phone and he answered every question I had & the following day I put a deposit down and a week later I picked it up. I worried that the pictures were going to be hiding something, but the truth is the truck just looked better in person. Seth was very professional and welcoming and made the process quick and easy. Was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Texas Auto Prime!!
I was in Texas visiting family and needed to find a truck for my husband back home in Tennessee. Buying a Truck from Seth was awesome. He was very knowledgeable with the Truck. He answered all my questions. Took it for a test drive. Everything was Great. Transaction went smooth. He is now my go to guy for buying vehicles.
Definitely not a pleasant purchase! Have your vehicle seen by a professional mechanic before buying . Lesson learned !! We were told that the mechanic over looked at everything, etc but 2 days later we experienced problems . Seth said customers buy from all over and if things happen to the vehicles after purchase he takes care of them . He did pay for half of the Ac issue , which he advertised as the truck having cold ❄️ Ac , but two days later it stopped working .
