Highly Recommend Texas pride- they've been great to us in both branches
Within five months of purchasing my trailer, I encountered a severe fire that occurred in the vicinity of the battery, dump remote, and hydraulic fluid compartments. I promptly contacted the sales department early in the morning, leaving a message regarding a leak of fluid from my battery. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable
Chad Houck was easy to work with and very helpful in getting the dump trailer I needed, which was different than I thought. I will do business with Texas Pride Trailers again. The pickup was fast, easy, and informative. Devin Davis was there to deliver my trailer and was excellent to deal with.
Don’t buy for every day use. Ours are 14 months old and we are rebuilding them. The bushings for the tilt deck were cut out of pipe with a torch, not machined as they should be, and no way to lubricate.
