The Dispatcher, April, is always super friendly, and called to update me with any minor delays and see if it was still a good time for them to come by. I love that you can track their vehicle to know precisely where they are and how long of a wait, almost like an uber. Chaz the tech was able to come out late at night, and quickly able to figure out what the issue was. And the other tech Duncan was also very nice! So far we have loved our service with Texas Pride and enjoyed everyone we’ve interacted with so far!
