DO NOT GO HERE!!!! So I’ve been here a couple of times, my first incident they scratched one of my rims. They blamed it on me and I was like ok fine. The second incident was that they locked my keys inside my truck. And said that the truck locked itself and they did not want to pay for a locksmith. Been a long time customer, recently they damaged the wheel of my new car.Their video shows the driver hitting the guide rail with the tire. They said it was barely any contact between the rail and my wheel and that it did not cause the damage. $200 worth of damage to the new wheel. Will not be going back ever.
Paid $50 to have my new 2014 corvette stingray washed. They didn't take any of the trash out or wipe down any surface. They also overused and slathered leather conditioner ALL over my leather interior. It still doesn't look like when I bought it. They messed my $75,000 car up. I will be back to let them know they will be buying new leather for my car. They are THE worst business and car wash I've ever been to.
We were caught up in the flood off 288 this past weekend and had water damage internally. As soon as we picked up the car from the tow company, we could smell the funk of Houston bayou in the car. We took the car to Texas Pride Pearland because it is close to our house and just inquired as to whether or not they thought they could help us. Today they managed to kill my battery while they left the doors open and the radio on. Had I not looked out back and noticed the hood up and a truck pulling up as if to jump start my car, I don't believe they would have ever told me. As I met up with the manager outside I was reasonably angry as I had already waited an additional 30 minutes for them to clean out the pine needles from the wells that I told them about when I first got there.
