On time and is reliable

Another job well done by Texas Pride this past week. All the guys I have worked with are pleasant, knowledgeable & timely. These guys will continue to be on my call list for HVAC. Even though I had to wait a few days for the AC blower, Sean was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. He apologized for the delay and kept me informed about where the blower was coming from. Great job and great service
Shawn did a great job of installing our Ecobee thermostats. The was friendly, knowledgeable and on time.
Recently, my AC required a warranty repair. Kenny. the Service Mgr., was very accommodating and immediately ordered the part. Kenny updated me on the part's availability and upon arrival dispatched Geoff to install it. Likewise, Geoff notified me of his arrival. He was punctual and professional. And in approx. 30 mins Geoff got my AC running again in no time. Another company quoted me that the repair will take 3 hours! Looking forward to do business with Tx Pride AC & Heat again in the future.
