Locked my keys in my car by accident so I called this place, gave my info and they said they'd have someone out as soon as possible. Asked for a quote and they said they couldn't provide one over the phone. Waited an hour and called back to see if they were busy, turns out they didn't even send anyone my way because all the technicians were booked for the whole day. How can you be booked all day for accidentally getting locked out of a car or home? And if they were booked all day, how come I wasn't told they couldn't help me... read more

I am a very satisfied customer! I had a different local locksmith come to my home to program 2 key fobs to my vehicle bc we switched the car's CPU. The other company made a mess of it and left us believing that the programming didn't give and they blamed our new CPU or other mechanical problem. The scariest part was the car stopped turning on bc of the error programming. We then called this company, Texas Premier, to try one more time.
