Unorganized, I was supposed to get care as soon as I got out of the hospital for OT and PT. I received neither. I called and asked only to be told they would check on it and never heard back. Then I called again and was told that there was not anyone to service my area, a month later. Someone could have called to tell me or my insurance this info. I love working here. The girls in the office treat you like we are family. Mr Matthew is my boss, and when I enter his office with a problem or a concern he say how can I help what do you need? I've always been treated fairly working. I highly recommend Texas premier home health.

Very hostile staff who are abrasive and have absolute no professional communication skills. Never seen such disrespect from “medical professionals” save yourself the headache find another company
