Wonderful purchasing experience. Regret purchasing the 2025 Ferris IS600Z. While the mowing and Handling is acceptable, servicing the machine is an absolute nightmare! The oil is difficult to drain without making a total mess, the oil filter is virtually inaccessible, the fuel filter is unnecessarily difficult and I had to replace a couple of grease fittings to simplify lubricating. I purchased a Stihl MS250 chainsaw in October, 2024. I might be able to start it one out of ten times, if ever. I owned multiple Stihl small engine equipment, never had this issue. I took it back to them multiple times, they just couldn't figure it out why, and refused to let me return or exchange. Took my honda pressure washer that I've had for six years and I beat it down till it didn't work any more! They serviced it and swapped out worn parts and IT WORKS LIKE NEW AND I THINK EVEN BETTER THAN NEW SINCE THE MOTOR IS REAL QUIET NOW! I'M VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND PARTS!!! Very professional and returned my pressure washer in a respectful amount of time! I'm very pleased and I highly highly recommend TEXAS POWER EQUIPMENT !🙏
