Terrible customer service! They didn’t even ship my order correctly, and every time I try to contact them, they just put me on hold and promise to call back—but never do!
Very disappointed with the service at the counter. I recently founded a construction and remodeling company and visited this store to open an account so I could purchase materials that are hard to find elsewhere. When I explained my request, the employee asked if I specialized in pool construction. I told him that, for now, we were only doing a repair. Bad service, in person they stop attending you for a call, I called I speak English but I asked to speak Spanish and I was 10 minutes waiting, I asked to speak in English and they told me to be busy
