Had them servicing my pool for several years, they did fair work and I was mostly satisfied. Then in March of 2022 they just stopped coming out. I called many times but to no avail. They do however keep sending me a bill for services not performed. Getting another company that will be more responsive and actually do the work.
Writing this review to ensure others aren't tempted to do ANY work with this company's owner, Cole Smith. He also owns Westview Pools and is by far the most despicable business person we have ever encountered. DO NOT work with this man; please see my review, below: We contracted with Westview Pools in June 2020 (so, nearly TEN months ago).
