Called several places with no help. But I came across Dina and Texas Plbg Supply and I am more than happy with the customer service she has provided me. I will return and will refer anyone I know. Dina is such a trooper. My issue was more complicated than expected and she did not give up on finding me a solution. Everyone was very helpful. From the person who answered the phone and gave me directions to the guy who walked me to the counter when i walked in the wrong door. Dina has an exceptional team here.

Ive have never experienced great and deplorable customer service experience simultaneously. The younger guy at the front desk was phenomenal with trying to assist me with finding piping I need for my sink. He asked another associate for assistance and his customer service is horrible. Everytime I attempted to explain what I needed he interrupted every time saying"I dont know what you're talking about" before I could finish trying to explain. Thanks to the associates, especially James, for going above and beyond with tracking down the item I needed. He not only confirmed the item within his database but took the time to call the manufacturer to ensure my repair went smoothly. Whether your project is big or small, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. Looking at you, Ferguson.
