Service was prompt and thorough. Would recommend!
Took advantage of my wife. Charged her 564.00. No parts needed and they were at our house literally 30 minutes. He did quote before and the shower was leaking so she agreed. From the text they were on the way to the emailed invoice it was 44 minutes. Just think the tech was greedy to quote her that for a simple job they knew wouldn’t take a half hour.
Texas Plumbing was called out after hours to my son-in-law's home during the recent freeze. The vacuum breaker and piping at the well head had frozen. The tech arrived around 9:00 pm, stayed a half hour and did not fix the problem. He replaced a pressure relief valve, which had nothing to do with the problem. A verbal ballpark estimate of ~ $600 was quoted. A total of $884.94 was charged to my card for the non-repair. Caught them ripping off elderly customers lying about broken pipes and trying to charge them 28000 for work not needed we have the video of the kine as well as a video of a hydrostatic test being performed the same day they said the mine was broken in 2 places
