I discovered a leak in the pipe connecting to my water heater at around 3pm on February 3. I called around 3:15pm to see if someone could come out today and they dispatched James out immediately and he arrived shortly after 4pm. He went up in my attic, assessed the situation, and had the corroded supply line and valve that were leaking changed and everything in working order again by 5pm.
