This was honestly terrible customer service. The owner was talking to me in a very unprofessional way and not acting serious at all. Instead of trying to help, he was being rude and dismissive. It felt like my time didn’t matter to him. If the owner acts like that, I can’t imagine how the rest of the business is run. Very disappointing experience.

Owner is a rude horrible person I called nicely asking for a job he was very snappy with me and started cursing at me on the phone if this is how you treat folks you shouldn’t be doing business
I just used Texas Plumbing for the 2nd time and I'm again happy with the service. Again, most importantly to me, there was no hassle on the phone about needing to come out and give an estimate. I knew the problem and what was needed and wanted a flat-rate quote on the phone first and I preferred to schedule the visit (did not need same-day service).
