Texas Plumbers 1 LLC completely took advantage of me. They sent out a plumber who barely looked at the issue before quoting an outrageously high price. I was desperate, so I agreed — big mistake. The work was poorly done, and just days later I had the same problem again. I tried to get them to come back and fix it, but suddenly no one was available. No refund, no accountability, no professionalism. Feels like a total scam. Please don’t make the same mistake I did — save yourself the time, stress, and money.

Don’t trust Texas Plumbers 1 LLC. They came out, did a quick inspection, and immediately tried to upsell me on things I didn’t ask for. When I declined, they got pushy and rude. Their so-called “licensed” plumber didn’t even seem to know what he was doing. Total waste of time and money.

They showed up late, made a mess, and charged me for work that was never completed. I had to hire a second plumber to fix what they left behind. Reached out to the owner, but got nothing but attitude. Absolutely unprofessional. Texas Plumbers 1 LLC should not be in business.

I had a very disappointing experience with Texas Plumbers 1 LLC. The technician was late, seemed unprepared, and rushed the job. They failed to fix the original issue and left a mess. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to follow up. I had to hire another plumber to fix their mistakes and would not recommend them if you value professionalism or quality work.
