These trailers are in very poor condition!
Trailes are never in good condition. There was hole in my bathtub with duck tape over it, broken windows LITERALLY GLUE BACK TOGETHER, walls are so week you could fall into them. Red (their maintenance man) never fixes anything, just puts wood or tape or glue over it and then it's broke a couple days later, not to mention it takes SEVERAL phone calls do actually get him to come.
