The maintenance team leaves a lot to be desired. I've reported a hole in the ceiling tile, broken windows, soft spots in the floor, cracked tub... multiple times... they show up and fix nothing. They cut down part of the tree in my yard and didn't bother moving my lawn furniture.. it got damaged. The AC has now gone out, and my grandchildren live here ... I tried to call, and of course, none of the phones are in service. Slum-lording is illegal in the state of Texas.
I’ve lived here since I was 3, now almost 20. When it came time for me to look for my own home, the office lady was incredibly rude, dismissive, and downright cruel. She gave me a house to look at, but gave the wrong address. When I called to clarify, she was rude and irritable. I get that- it’s annoying when someone has to call multiple times because communication on directions can be very frustrating. But I spoke with nothing but kindness, apologies, and patience.
