Sat for over an hour before the first pipe touched my trailer; I've been here three times for a load and it's been the same situation each time. The least that they could do is tell you that it's going to be a while--the simpleton on the forklift that loaded me couldn't bother to say a word about it until I asked. *With multiple reviews echoing the same issue, where is management's response???

Spent 3 hours loading a single peice of 4in pipe and few fittings. I dont advise going here if you need material fast.

This place is a joke, rude employee bossing us around with an attitude. Then it took them 30 mins to load 1 piece of 8" Pipe on a flatbed trailer and another 30 minutes to load 5 sticks of 1" on my truck rack. Time is $ and they wasted a lot of mine. I needed seamless pipe to make high pressure hydraulic lines. I inspected the ends of the pipes with a flashlight and they looked good enough to use. I was told to be here to pick up the material at 3:00 p.m. I arrived on site at 2:15 I walked inside the lady at the window said she's still working on your order that it would be about 30 minutes I said okay I will wait in the truck 2 hours later Ibwaa still sitting in the parking lot watching empty forklifts being drove around up and down the rows I watched one operator take/kill time for 45 minutes to pick up seven pieces of 6 inch pipe with a forklift and then another 20 minutes to put two tension bands on it and took a ... read more
