This company was somehow pushed onto my 83-year-old father, despite his adamance to the representative that came to the house that he did not need nor want it. Every month these impudent people call with accents so thick it is impossible to understand what they are saying (and, as Dr (PhD) myself, I speak four languages)! We have explained three times that this isn't anything we signed up and the service is not wanted. If they call again, a complaint will be filed with the medical board.
