I was a patient in October and November 2025; Juan was my PT. It is June 2026, and I am still in pain from the extremely heavy pulling on the machine and the extensive nerve testing he did after I told him I was injured. I went in with a C-1-2, mild injury from thirty years ago, and left with a C-6-6-7 very painful injury that affects everything I do.
