I was referred here due to a high risk pregnancy, with that being said, one would think they would provide the utmost of care. Very offputting that truth is this location NEVER answers the phone until about 3 mins of continuous rings, and has never once followed up with questions ive called about. Save yourself the worry and headache by visiting the Medical Center location or find another high risk group.
I am only giving this place a 1 star because have to in order to write a review. This place was horrible trying to get an appt. Women who answer the phone are so rude and when it was something so urgent they tried scheduling me 1 month out . I am 30 weeks so by that time it was ridiculous. I called perinatal associates and they got me in 3 days with the holidays !!!!
