Im glad I found this place my old case worker was really helpful Samantha Martinez before she left and Marissa is one of my favorite person the one in the front and chad is always there to listen or when I need to talk to
George Mburi should not be allowed to work in the position he is in. All he does is say the same things over and over again. He doesn't know his patients at all. Chad Beavers is the same. I wish I could find a different place to go that actually runs tests and truly find the underlying causes of your behavior
I was being treated for symptoms caused by my somatic ocd which Chad Beavers and Laura Settlage told me that I didn’t have. It started out okay because the meds helped my symptoms but I just lay on my couch all day due to my depression. I wanted to try a medication specifically prescribed for ocd but they wanted to put me on antipsychotics instead so I asked to be discharged. These people should not be allowed to practice medicine or give any kind of advice to anyone . The state board needs to revoke their license and close ... read more
