My experience with Texas Pain Physicians in Rockwall and Dr. Amr Morsy was extremely disappointing and deeply concerning. Dr. Morsy never properly introduced himself or explained his role. He entered my appointment immediately after an X-ray-assisted procedure while still wearing full lead protective gear, which made the visit feel rushed and impersonal from the start. Olga and her staff are wonderful people who really care about their patients. The *staff* always treated me with kindness and compassion but that’s the only positive thing I can come up with to say.
