I'm not the patient, first of all, but I am the wife of a patient and this place operates in secrecy. They won't let your spouse or accompaniment in the room with them, they won't answer any questions even though I'm all over his paperwork. They repeatedly subject him to spinal injections without telling him or me what exactly they're injecting. Hello This was my first having pain doctor because of all the horror stories about pain doctors. I went right into mouse trap my Dr was Efrin all he did was prescribe me pills without giving me knowledge of why I would receive phone calls from odd pharmacies advising he called in prescriptions without know one reaching out to let me know or explain what they were for or why I need to take. The reviews are true, they expect you to arrive 30 mins early, but have the audacity to have you wait 45 mins past your appointment time. That is completely unacceptable period. Then when you get testy, you're met with attitude and blatant dismissal. Im done dealing with pain management, they're all the same......
If you like being berated and made to feel bad because you dared see a specialist for a hurt joint then this is your guy. Stay far far away from this arrogant doctor.
