2 is generous. First Chris a PA? Said rheumatoid arthritis is not an acceptable diagnosis for pain management. It seems like they are more interested in giving back injections. You get a different person frequently. The count of pills didn’t match the dosage on the bottle. Worst of all I had a severe flare up of RA. Despite numerous messages it took a week for them to call back. I had to book an emergency appointment with my rheumatologist who was shocked and recommended a new pain management doctor. Don’t go there!
Dr. Mitchell is one of the kindest and understanding doctors that I have known!!!
This post is not in reference to Dr.Mitchell. I was blocked by his staff from seeing him. Let me explain my doctor office referred me to Dr Mitchell on 7/23/24. I called and left a message for the New Patient Coordinator Sophia on 7/25,7/26 and 7/29. On 7/30 I finally got a hold to someone who couldn’t help me but she ensured me that a email was sent to Sophia and the Office Mgr Kia. Dr. Mitchell is possibly the worst doctor on the planet. He was dismissive of my DOCUMENTED back pain and treated me as is I was a drug addict trying to get pain pills. I left The office in tears. He REFUSED to listen to me or even discuss pain management other than an injection which I was scheduled for. I have NEVER had any Dr or medical professional act so unprofessional in any setting. Save your copay and find another office. The shame he puts on you isn’t worth it.
Dr. Mitchell is five stars. His PA Chris and office staff, zero stars. ZERO, and nothing has changed for a decade now.
