The doctors are awesome but the staff is a joke. 6 weeks I have been calling that office to get two issues handled. Been going there 7 years and never had an issue to deal with them till now. The office manager should be fired hands down. By the way, she's so caught up on her stuff she has taken a 4 day weekend on new years ....really??? Wouldn't/didn't call me back, sat on hold till I finally hung up, and 6 weeks later STILL trying to get the re-cert done from that office.

I am chronic back patient. My backache flared up a month ago tried everything I was trying earlier but got no relief. Contacted Dr Aggarwal who agreed to look at my Ct scans& reports. Called me in on 08/28 for treatment. About an half hour of treatment and the pain is gone. For the first time in last 3 days could sleep at night. I would certainly recommend.

Doctor Mitchell is great, but I after three visits I will never return. The staff is rude, they never return phone calls, they change appt times without notice and then forget they changed it. They called at 9 am one morning and pushed my 12 pm appt back to 330. When I showed up they said I had missed my appt at 12! They then proceeded to talk over me when asked to spell my name, the staff is constantly yelling at each other and they tried to charge me $300 instead of my copay of $35. I almost never get a person or return call when I leave a message after choosing an option from their menu. When I do leave a message, the phone service does not give the doctor an understandable message or any message. Even my pharmacy has trouble getting the doctor's OK for a refill. The doctor himself is very personable and qualified.
