Draconian patient policies that leave you misinformed and in the dark in order to maximize their bottom line. Go to UT health or Baylor to be treated with dignity and respect.

I brought my father here for chronic pain, including diabetic neuropathy pain. The insights from the medical team were impractical and not helpful. A drug was prescribed that unfortunately made Dad feel sick, which is no one's fault, but that is all that was offered by the team at that time. My father ended up passing away about one month later (not related to his pain management) and I called to let this office know that my father had passed so we wouldn't be coming to any future appointments; the person who took the call d... read more
