Told me they could arrive same day. Tech calls and sets an appointment for 2 days later. Then the tech no calls, no shows. When calling back to the office, the lady tells me the tech labeled me "out of the area" and they can't get anyone to me. I am me literally 5 miles from their supposed address on Google maps. Of course, this is AFTER both the lady and the tech set the appointment.
