I purchased from them many years ago when they had a booth at the Austin Livestock and rodeo show. Their service was great. But the boots I purchased have had issues despite being worn less than 10 times over the years I've had them. One boot is fine, the other has reatedly lost the entire heal, and most recently the heel cap. I was lucky enough to find the entire heel both of the times it fell off.
