Texas Outhouse is a stellar company providing porta johns/hand wash stations to our facility. Their service of the units is always reliable and professional. My interactions with some of the staff is what prompted me to write this review. When I run into issues I simply reach out to their service group. Texas Outhouse to the rescue! After a no-show by another vendor on a Friday evening, our community event was in jeopardy of having nowhere to "go" if nature called. An actual person picked up the phone (not a robot) on Saturday morning. Texas Outhouse bailed us out and dropped off units for our event a few hours later. Outstanding customer service and follow-through. Thank you Texas Outhouse!
