Deere John, First I want to thank Chris, the service manager for the Conroe, Texas dealership. His professionalism and excellence customer service attitude and performance is truly appreciated. That said, I want to share a recommendation for the site manager and the upfront parts boy who back talked me when I suggested that the foul, urine covered walls, and never cleaned toilet needed attention. I dropped off my Gator for repair a couple years ago, running badly, called next day repaired. A wire had come off at bottom of engine and they simply plugged the wire back on and charged \$60. Back next year engine running terrible. waited 2 weeks picked it up as repaired, women up front would not let me speak to mechanic or to the mgr. charged over \$100. got home with gator running just as badly. Do not buy or carry any thing here for service. Shotty work, and a bunch of women that knows nothing except protect the managem... read more

I dropped a blower off at this business, to have it looked at for an accessment of why it was not running properly. The problem from my own knowledge was a carburator issue. I was called a week later and told what I already knew, the carburator needed to be rebuilt for \$120. I decided to pick it up and try my skill at the matter. Before they would release the blower I had to pay a ridiculous \$35 fee, for what I guess was a storage fee, because the blower was never touched other than putting a name tag on and pulling the st... read more

I contacted this dealer to get an estimate on repairs to my generator. I was told that this would not be a problem and just to request an estimate when I dropped off the unit. I did as I was instructed and requested an estimate for repairs. I was contacted a week later and informed that they had repaired the generator and it was going to cost \$180.
