For some odd reason they don't believe that the auto fill for the pool needs the cover lid that comes with it actually on it to keep debris out. Which is really odd because the assembly comes out of the box with the lid on it held on by 3 screws. They took it off and never put it on an it's been off for 2.5 years now.
